Things were decent when I first moved in. There is still 1 nice front desk attendant.

PARKING HORRIBLE IN OVER HALF THE COMPLEX

More and more younger residents have moved in. Loud noise and beer bottles/cigarettes trash has become an increasing problem. I've seen vomit in the pool area. There are also rude tenants who mouth other residents.

Maintenance issues do not appear to be a concern of the management. My A/C was broken, off and on for 2 weeks. I also had to go an entire weekend w/o it. Oven hasn't worked correctly in over a year.

Front desk personnel have been quoted as saying the apartment is getting old and things have started to break more often. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
