Some buildings structurally unsafe. Problem has been ignored for 9 months. Raised my rent 3 times in one month (over $100 each time). Management does not abide by their lease agreements, and they cannot be dealt with. Corporate mngmt hides. Currently working up a class action lawsuit on behalf of myself and other tenants. Everyone you know should stay clear of this place.
