ABSOLUTELY SUCKS

The front access gate is ALWAYS open, even though you are charged a $30 deposit on remote to open gate, no customer serviceoffice staff changes Every 15 minutes, no proper lawn care, does not send maintance even when there is WATER pouring down your wall. Very disorganized, doesn't know which garages are leased out. Very poor deals for residents to re-sign. Very unsanitary, does not maintain garbage pickup or dumpteralways over filled. Dog/Animal crap is everywhere, in the hallway, the lawn, etc. This is our 2nd time living herewill NEVER return or recommend.
