I have lived here for a month now. I have no mailbox key, they have no master. I have bills sitting in my mailbox that I can't get to and they tell me eachtime i go in there that it will be taken care of that day. parking lots are a disaster waiting to happen. No lights work what so ever on my end of the complex. Someone could be hiding out in the bushes and you woul never know. We have gone in there 5 times and put in 5 different requests for these issues, yet each time tell us that they have no imformation of this. I have been here a month and all but 1 of the girls has quit. I have turned in requests personally to each of them yet they have no recollection of this. The gates never work, so my question is, how much do i get to take off the rent' My parents came in today and turned in a type letter for our requests, and if action is not taken they will be hearing from a lawyer. If this continues, I will find a new place to live at their expense.
