i am a current resident and i happend to come across this website while trying to find a working number for the office because the one listed has been disconnected for about a week and i figured since actually walking to the office and speaking with someone didn't work i'd give them a call. anyways i guess living here has its ups and downs as i would asume any apart. complex! yes the buildings and individual apt looks nice but it's come a long way. when i first moved in there was trash all the time in the parking lot, grass and especially around the dumpster. but as of lately they seem to be keeping up. the only thing that bothers me is that i picked this apt complex because it was gated and i wanted the feeling of security, that only certain people would have access to these apts at night ( oh and as to euro racers statement to another person, that we dont have keys to the gate your right about that its not a key dumby..... i received a "clicker" so, maybe you're the one that doesn't live here to know that!!!! ) anyways i do wish that the gates were closed at a certain time like they used to when i first lived here. however my other concern is that the gate shared my summit apts is broken almost all along the property which is kinda scary seeing as how i didn't choose to live in those apts for a reason they look scary, cheap and ghetto. i've personally seen kids and cats run through where there's 4 or 5 boards missing. imagine who else gets through! i think this would be a great complex if mbs would take care if it. i don't think the blame should be on the three girls in the front who knows they might be sticking up for us and trying to get things done. from what i heard on the second day i lived here from a maitenence worker (that doesn't work here anymore) he told me that mbs didn't care about the property and that they were looking to sell the property but nobody wanted it!!! that's pretty sad. hopefully management runs across this website and realizes they could use some changes to keep tenants happy. i don't want to seem like a complaing resident because i pretty much go with the flow- i've lived already about 5 months without my deadbolt working that i asked that same maitenence worker to fix the second day i moved in- thats when he devulged the info that the apts had no money to buy tools to fix things around the complex and that he would put an order to fix it but that the management prob. wouldn't do anything about it- he was right cause here i am five months later and no one came to fix it- i'm still waiting paitently!!! i would want to stay after my lease but it's so up in the air. good luck to anyone looking for apts whether you choose these or not. you basically have to ask yourself what your willing to deal with.
