Slow, but Getting There!

I have lived at Wall Street for two years now and I can compare with previous management. When MBS took over Wall Street, there were a lot of changes, some good and some bad. Yes, maintenance is slow, but from what I gather from my office visits, they are short staffed and cannot get to everybody at once. I lived here when there was no office staff or maintenance and I'm sure that they are still trying to catch up. My only suggestion to those in the office is to make sure to communicate with your residents. The grounds are beautiful and the new girls are quite pleasant. The manager and her assistant have both called to follow up on my work orders and have been quite helpful when I've called. The good things are that we finally have a staff that seems like they WANT to be there. They seem very dedicated to make Wall Street run smoothly! If they did it at a faster pace, I'd be so happy!

yeah.. that staff isn't here anylonger. I agree though, things were getting done and at a noticable rate too. That staff in particular was really trying hard but things never came together for them because of lack of support and subsequently, manpower.
