I like the apt but hate the management and would never have rented an apt here if I had spoken with any of the tentents here! These apt's are so poorly managed you cannot get anything done and the security gates! What a joke they have never worked since I move in over 7 months ago!! Talk with people here before you rent do not make the same mistake I did!!!! Parking is terrible. I want to know just who MBS is you cannot even find them to complain to!!! Pool is always dirty!!

I am wondering how you say that you can never find anyone to speak to... I've always found the office to have SOMEBODY in it, even on Sundays. As for the gates, I already spoke to them about it: the tension wire underground is cracked... that doesn't sound like something that can be fixed overnight. I live in building #5 which overlooks the pool and it is never dirty. Why are you so angry? As for the parking, I always have ample space by my building and throughout the community, I see it available. Are you really even a tenant here? I think that management is doing the best job that they can. You should give them a chance...

If you say the pool is always clean you are either blind or lying. As for the gate, I drive every day and I KNOW it has worked no more than one week over a six month period.

The gate dilemma as told by office staff is as follows: Too many people hit the gate at the bottom of wallstreet.. so it broke and they closed it permanently. I complained along with other tenants and the lock was finally permanently REMOVED.. up until that point I believe somebody was cutting the chain to gain access. its been open for more than a year now. So that machine is broken. The front gate needs a new machine as well... they are looking into getting some underground sensor crap fixed.. that was more than a year ago.. and they said last I heard, in August 05 that they are accepting bids.. I would bid them farewell if I were anybody interested in moving here. I've lived here for more than a year and my girl has been here for 4 years. If the office staff was so great and hardworking could you explain why they've rotated staff three times in less than 10 months? The pool. Really now, open your window and take a peak. My windows ( both the outside and inside ) have been dirty since our move in date.. i've since then cleaned the interior but there's still a lot of paint on the inside. I was told that all the paint on the outside can't been tended too.. something about " they haven't a way to reach it" How was the building constructed then? Who was the contractor that failed to complete their simple paint job? I was told that the knook above our front door (about 15-20 feet up ) was unable to be cleaned and rid of all the dead filth and bacteria that is open to the naked eye to notice. She said, i hope she doesn't work here anylonger, she was a lazy, no good waste of a paycheck.. she said that she has never cleaned them and that i was the first person so ask of them to do so.. She needed a ladder, said she doesn't have one and to this day, there's still a whoop load of crap sitting above my door. It's really nice, the brown dust and dirt and spider-webs and dead insects just sitting there collecting more dust. The pool looks like ass as of April 4th when I was last wishing to swim. That's right.. I pay for a pool that isn't open. The pool is dirty, and if it weren't then why is it closed? could it be that the pumps are broken? Hmm.. the maintenance guys should get on it. Oh, that's right... another one of them just up and quit the other day and the remaining guy doesn't want to take the responsibility that comes along with the position so currently we're left w/ out a head maintenance guy. this place rocks.
