We have lived here nearly six months and it has been problematic from the start. Office staff has turned over numerous times - sometimes monthly. This creates problems when issues need follow through. The complex is quite noisy in spite of written "quiet hours." Maintenance staff picks up trash 3 times weekly but there is still often trash on the lawn. Security alarms frequently sound in apartments when tenants are away for hours or days at a time. Outside windows are filty and I don't expect they will ever be cleaned. The swimming pool was unusuable much of the summer. The gym is laughable. The best thing about Wall Street is parking is good and proximity to the library. Although we have not had vandalism issues, a former tenant says his car was broken into in the parking lot. The "security gates" never work. There are lots of apartments in San Antonio - avoid this one. We're out of here as soon as possible.

Nobody offers "security gates"- read your lease. They are limited access gates. Complexes are not responsible for your personal security. Also, where have you seen written "quiet hours"??? Alarms that sound are because dumb ass residents don't know how to control them, not due to lack of management effort. Windows being filthy? Why do you care? GET A LIFE, LOSER!

The person who posted that comment on 1/12/06 (flores_renemarie)is obviously the manager or someone on the office staff. No wonder the apartments are hell with a b** like that running it! Go back to hell where you came from you beast!!

LET ME TELL YOU THAT I WENT THERE, THEY SMILED LIKE ALL OTHER LEASING AGENTS. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE APT ABOVE THE POOL THAT THEY SHOWED ME, AND GUESS WHAT? WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PICK UP KEYS, THEY TOLD ME THAT IN FACT I WOULD BE GETTING A DIFFENT APT IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHERE I WOULDN'T BE COMFORTABLE! I WAS APPALLED..WHY YOU ASK? BECAUSE 3 DIFFERENT TMES I HAD BEEN OUT THERE AND WALKED "MY" APT AND 3 DIFFERENT TIME THEY HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TELL ME THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE. THEN GET THIS..???..THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I DO FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LIVER THERE AND A HUGE WARNING FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE THINKING OF LIVING THERE. ps..JUST STAY AWAY FROM MBS PROPERTIES IN GENERAL..IT'S ALL THE SAME IF YOU READ APTS RATING. AND MBS ARE UNFORTUNELY PURCHASING ALL OF THE NEW AND NICE APT COMPLEXES AND THEY ARE TURNING INTO TRASH AND UNSAFE PLACES TO LIVE, AND THE POOR TENANTS ARE STUCK!
