My husband and I have lived here for 6 months and unfortunately we still have another 6 to go. There has been a bathroom drawer missing since we moved in., which I have requested more than 3 times now. Our study was painted so crappy that my 50 year old mother and I had to repaint it with our own paint. The fan shaped shades for the arched windows had water leaked stauns on them. It also looked as if no one had even cleaned it, therefore on top of moving in between college, I had to clean every nook and cranny. The management does nothing but lie. I was sworn to by the previous manager that the gtes would be fixed within two weeks. YEAH RIGHT. This was in May 2006. Now I have been told no plans for them to be fixed at all. MBS is the absolute worst company out there. All thay do is lie and tell you what you want to here. If you are a prespective renter, I beg you to not make the same mistake that we did. You will regret it, especially if something needs to be fixed
