At least three of the management team has lied to me on several occasions. The saleswoman told me that a washer and dryer would be included in the price, and it wasn't. They refused to show me an actual apartment before I signed the lease -- only the model apartment was shown to me. Funny how the condition of the model was much different than the actual apartment. They did not have my apartment ready on my move-in date. They did not have my apartment ready for habitation the following day, either. When I came to pick up my key on move-in day, the management had closed shop four hours early, even after I told them that same day that I was coming to move-in. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, lightbulbs were missing, the carpet was disgusting, and they refused to do anything about the horrible condition. Only after numerous complaints over a months time did they replace the broken showerhead, unclog the drain, and provide the promised washer and dryer. They never cleaned the carpet or replaced the lightbulbs. It took them almost a month to provide a copy of my lease to me, even after numerous requests. They regularly hang up on me when I phone. No one takes responsibility for their actions. I only worked with one of the staff members that actually did what he said he would do. I was promised a rebate because of all the crap I had to deal with at the start of my lease, but they refuse to actually give me the rebate.
