Amen!!!! The owners of WallStreet fired MBS the former management Company. Now they are using GreyStar. I personally have noticed an immediate difference. All the exterior lighting has been repaired. I have another friend who lives here as well and they completed a work order that the MBS group had been ignoring for well over a month. This is a welcome change!!! I have lived here going on 2 years and I was always happy with the property itself. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. So I am hoping that now this new management company will turn this place around and make it the place it can be! Check out this article from Houston...

You must be related to one of management, and/or sleeping with one of them, or maybe you "are" one of the staff, because this is a ball faced lie. This company is a bunch of scammers, and we truly do believe that a change is gonna come very soon, caused a company that intends to stay in business, can not continue to operate in this manner.

I clearly identify my name beacuse I back up what I have said. All I can say is that this has been my experience. When I first moved in over a year ago, I had a huge problem with the air conditioning. I made a request in writing and sent a return reciept requested letter indicating if it was not fixed that I would have it repaired and deduct it from my rent. It was fixed 3 days later and I stayed in the show apartment during the process (I had the right to rent a hotel and deduct that from my rent but chose to stay on the premises).
Anonymous - don't be a victim (you are currently acting like one). The rules are: 1. always make requests in writing. 2. If initial request is ignored send a return receipt requested copy of the original request. 3. Always keep track of any communication by recording dates, times, and who you spoke with. 4. You have rights as a consumer. If necessary you can file a case with the small claims court. You are entitled to break your lease if the apartment does not use due diligence to resolve your issues. Most importantly, dont be afraid to tell them that you have an issue and what you are going to do if they do not resolve it. MBS is a horrible company with an equally horrible reputation. Some times the employees suffer because the managment company won't do what they ask. So put yourself in their shoes and don't put them between you and MBS. Take legal action and you WILL get results. I promise!!!
