We have been here for apprx a month, and all of the staff are habitual liars. Nothing gets fixed, and when I arrived with the moving company, which had my belongings on their truck, the apartment was filthy. My sister came from out of town to help me move in. My sister and I had to do extensive cleaning. The carpet is dirty and is torn in several spots (pet damage. It is filthy here, and I can not wait to get out of here. I was not shown the apartment before arrivng with my belongings. We were shown a model apartment, which was in immaculate shape. When I brought this to the Cynthia's, Corrina, and the manager Calvin's attention, I was told that they would replace the carpet and do repairs as needed. I attempted to hand Calvin (the manger) the inventory list in person, and he would not accept it. He was very rude and abrupt stating that I had wrote too many comments on it. I even requested to be moved to a different property by Calvin, and when I went to speak with the staff at Windsor House, I requested info from them in which I received. Upon calling Calvin back with the info he advised me very rudely that he did not tell me to ask for any info pricing from the other property, he states he just told me to look into it. This was very rude and arrogant. I refuse to be treated like a child. They act as if I am the one whom has caused them grief and force them to do something impossible. What is wrong with these people' Who trained them' What kind of company is this that does not care about their tenants. The apartment still remains in a mess, and they have not been here to do any repairs. As long as this treatment continues they are gonna continue to have tenants moving out of here. They even went so far as sending one of the residents up stairs from me to help me unpack my things. She is clearly a friend of theirs. We have spoken with code compliance about the conditions, the better business bureau, the attorney general, and the apartment association. We even called the corporate office and was given the run around. We can not and will not continue to live in these conditions, it is horrible and very dirty. There was cat litter along the baseboards also. Again, the manager Calvin is very rude. There was a washer, dryer and a fridge sitting in the breezeway, which remained there for apprx 2 weeks before they moved it. This is such a shame as I remember when these apartments were better managed and in better shape. Shame, Shame, Shame, we are your tenants. and we deserve much much better. States the apartment was dirty when they arrived to move in. They are a bunch of inconsiderate slum lords. The apartment is infested with fleas also.

I clearly identify my name beacuse I back up what I have said. All I can say is that this has been my experience. When I first moved in over a year ago, I had a huge problem with the air conditioning. I made a request in writing and sent a return reciept requested letter indicating if it was not fixed that I would have it repaired and deduct it from my rent. It was fixed 3 days later and I stayed in the show apartment during the process (I had the right to rent a hotel and deduct that from my rent but chose to stay on the premises). Anonymous - don't be a victim (you are currently acting like one). The rules are: 1. always make requests in writing. 2. If initial request is ignored send a return receipt requested copy of the original request. 3. Always keep track of any communication by recording dates, times, and who you spoke with. 4. You have rights as a consumer. If necessary you can file a case with the small claims court. You are entitled to break your lease if the apartment does not use due diligence to resolve your issues. Most importantly, dont be afraid to tell them that you have an issue and what you are going to do if they do not resolve it. MBS is a horrible company with an equally horrible reputation. Some times the employees suffer because the managment company won't do what they ask. So put yourself in their shoes and don't put them between you and MBS. Take legal action and you WILL get results. I promise!!!
