I had problems from when I first moved in (maggots in the fridge/freezer, ceiling fan that when on high actually broke a light bulb because it was so unstable, broken dishwasher, faucet that will not stop dripping, etc.). There is now a new management company who is very concerned with the exterior but not the interior. Maybe in a few months it will be up to par, but right now it's one inconvenience after another as they make "changes". Every week its something new from "we're shutting off the water but we won't tell you when so hopefully you're not in the shower when we shut it off (which i was)" to "we're painting the doors but not putting signs out so when you get home and go to open your front door you get a nice paint smear on your clothes" to shutting down part of the parking lots to the newest of "changing sprinklers" in apartments but leaving a HUGE mess and big holes in your cieling which you now get to clean up all of the insulation that came out (and ruined a shirt in my closet) and you'll have to re-clean it when we get around to fixing the holes we left in all the apartments. They claim to be doing all this for the residents but it's not helpful to have a fresh painted door when you have to wait 3 months for a working dishwasher.... And they take no responsibility for the hassel they are putting all of the residents through. The apartment accross from me has been vacant since i moved in and i took a peak in yesterday and the place was still trashed which tells me they are more worried about making the exterior appear nice while the inside are crap. DONT MOVE HERE YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too will be glad when all the repairs are completed... but at least things are getting fixed. I've experienced the repairs mentioned in this review too, but I don't share the discontent. It must be a daunting task to fix all the damage caused by neglect and angry tenants as well.
