When I first moved in there was mold everywere! The gates did not work, they sold me they would be fixed in a week w/in the time I moved in. There is trash everywere, dishwasher didnt work,no parking, they broke into my car twice, wood fence is always broke,pool is nerver clean! People that live here are inconsiderate of other people & races. All that comes out of the FD is LIES! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also agree, that pregnant lady in the front is soo full of BS. I wanted to move here and went back again b/c I lost my application and she just kept feeding me BS..I know she doesn't like black ppl but she did not need to be so rude and nasty..

The comments above are so not our experience. We were treated very well. We enjoy our apartment and we dont see any fence broken actualy there is a new fence. The pool is beautiful. I am not sure if the person above has seen it since the new management team took over. we have been very satisfied.

Most of the comments above are obviously people venting about the condition of the property when it was still in the hands of MBS. And throwing down the race card is beyond ridiculous.

NO YOU ARE INCORRECT SMBRUCE!!!! Even when it went into a new managment they were the ones that were completley RACEST, un-professional and Rude to the maximum content!!!! Everytime something happend in my apartment building they right away would put the blaim on my apartmet. When new managment came and took over they fixed everything...your completely right.....ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS!!!!!!! They did not fix a damb thing in my apartment!!! And then they had the nerve to send me a bill of $200 for cleaning my apartment when I left that apartment SPOT LESS, better then the way I came into it! So beware when you move out you will be charged some fees!!! They do care about any of there tenants...dont let them fool you!!!!!

I love living here! The office team is so nice i love just hanging out with them... and by the way if you have already moved out of the community why are you still complaining... its kind of pathetic! Anyways i just wanted to say that i love living here its a beautiful property!

It is unfortunate that this website doesn't eliminate negative ratings once the problems mentioned have been resolved. It is great to have skilled maintenace crews and responsive management working at Wall Street again.

Well I've lived here for thee months now and I am split down the middle. First off, I love all the work they are doing to the complex! It really is starting to look awesome. Unfortunately, the maintenance people are so busy with all they are doing they don't have time for anything else. There is a list of things to be done in our apartment that they haven't even begun. When we moved in they had promised a lot of things that they did not do. I also want to complain about the Hispanic woman(Angie) at the office. One time I went to use the business center at the office and she treated me like I was breaking in to use their wireless and didn't live here. She kept telling me "I don't remember you..... What apartment do you live in?". Then she pretended not to remember the key to their wireless network, when the key is the complex's number. Like she wouldn't remember the phone number where she works at. Anyway, I love all my neighbors and the maintenance people are really nice! Everyone in the office is nice as well, except for that person.
