Don't be fooled by all these nice comments and reviews. They MUST be from management themselves. I have had one of the worst experiences with these apartments than any other that I have lived. They are trying to make me pay for things 3 months after I've moved out. They also mysteriously lost my initial move-in checklist that listed all the faults with the place, and now I'm having to pay for damages that were already there. There is absolutely NO communication with the management. I've tried to get the Manager ---- to call me back numerous times with no outcome whatsoever. They just don't care. All they care about is their money. Getting things fixed sometimes was a descent experience but I was so fed up with management I never wanted to even speak with the front desk. SERIOUSLY, if you can, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! They seem like a nice enough place and the grounds are actually well kept, but definitely NOT worth all the hassle, nor the money.
Regards,
Very Ticked Off EX-Tenant

I'm right there with you, I'm also being charged for things that were damaged when I moved in and I refuse to pay it and when I call to talk to them about the charges I'm told to talk to their lawyer...., not to mention that my phone number is for some reason still linked to gate there (even though I moved out in Feb.) and I get calls at all hours with people hitting the wrong code on the gate making my phone ring. I have called them about this and have had no help, I'm filing a harrasment report the next time I recieve a call from that gate, I don't like being woken up at 3am!!

The entire Management staff remains quite responsive to my maintenance requests. They have lifted the complex from section-eight housing after extensive mismanagement by MBS and Mr. Schmuck. In fact, quite often angry tenants litter the property, damage their apartment in retaliation for perceived injustices, and move out under the cover of darkness leaving unpaid bills in their wake. Quite often tenants refuse maintenance access to their apartment so problems can be repaired. For instance, the tenants above me refuse to allow maintenance to fix their toilet that flushes and refills every five minutes. Texas is mired in serious drought conditions, but the tenants remain indifferent about wasting 12 gallons of water every hour, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week; their indifference includes littering the property with fast-food trash and cigarettes dumped from their vehicle too. I??m astounded that in this digital age, none of the Anonymous complainants post photographs proving the pristine condition of their apartment after vacating the premises.
