This place is okay, but you could find better for the same price I'm sure. The management doesn't screw things up as much as the old management, but I'm not impressed with them much. The maintenance had been good-- I submitted a request online for several minor repairs and they were fixed a few hours later. The grounds are pleasant, although there has been a ton of construction (re-surfacing parking lots, rebuilding barriers, repainting, etc) in the past six months. The apartments themselves look pretty old on the inside. I was lucky and got a new fridge when I moved in, and complained enough about the truly ancient dishwasher that they replaced it. I feel bad for other residents with the old appliances. The countertops are just painted, pressed wood-- not attractive. The cabinets are old and chipped in a lot of places. My front door is ill-fitting so it lets air in and out all time. I have several water spots on my ceiling and the floors are uneven. I have had mixed experiences with neighbors. Usually they've been quiet, only one or two fights or parties, but my newest neighbor is a little loud. If you get a one-bedroom the windows are right by your front door so you can hear people clear as day when they're coming or going. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning by someone talking loudly on their cellphone as they came upstairs. Which is very annoying. BUT all that being said it hasn't been unpleasant living here, and it's probably about as good as you can get for this price range.
