Mediocre at best

Looks good to the eye, but that changes. While it is not all bad, the bad out weighs the good. The lake is nice, but do not ever believe that it is "for tennants only," as the sign says. You can score an array of narcotics at the "lake after dark." Not what my wife and I wanted. The ducks are a pin in the you know what. Duck crud everywhere.....including your front and back porch.
The mamangement staff has always been friendly to me. I cannot say a bad thing about the staff, if it is still the same staff.
Matinance was always prompt, at leat in my experiences.
Parking is limited if you come home from work after dark. You will have to compete with all the teenagers partying at the lake, and then you will have to pick up their beer bottles from the parking lot the next day.
You pay for trash pick up, but the truck only comes to empty the dumpster several days after it overflows.
The place has recently gone down hill. My wife does not feel safe here in the daylight or after dark. Every complex has it's problem with non-residents doing things at night, and this complex is no different.
I would choose not to live there again. But it is not the worst I have seen. We enjoyed the apartment itself. But you will pay extra to have a view of the lake, or the little bitty courtyard by the pool. However, they use a grounds crew who do a dang good job at making things attractive.
