Well I would have to say before I bought a home I've lived in many apartments. they all have their good and bad. But this one had excellent staff, always helpful polite and always listens. Maintenance always responds even after hours.The grounds are always picked up in a very timely fashion. As far as everyone coming to the lake. Hey every apartment complex I've ever lived at had people there who don't belong that's everywhere. I loved living there and love the view I had.
