The managers are HORRIBLE. And they are SO RUDE and they talk to you like they're little high school kids trying to start a fight. My friend lived there and they told her that she needs to pay her rent first before she started asking questions and to either pay they mgr. "her" money or "get lost". It wasn't even time to pay the rent. I never had a lot of ants, but I know a LOT of people that did. I also had problems with neighbors. A lot of kids go to the pond to "smoke out" and those kind of trashy people live there. Yeah, the pond's nice at night or during the day ... when no one else is there. I hated it. Also the light in the outside breezeway had no light for two weeks and it was VERY dark at night. There were also notices of "peeping toms".
