I had a serious ant problem during the summer. During the winter, rats chewed through the kitchen floor and could be heard constantly gnawing at things inside the walls.

Maintenance is a joke. I reported a leak in the roof and after 8 months of follow up calls it was never fixed. The office staff is far from helpful.

There is a serious duck overpopulation problem. The sidewalks are constantly covered in duck feces.
