The Waters has no class. Some people might say...that apartment living comes with little things that go wrong. I have to tell you that those little things add up. When you have a community that is happy about not only about their living conditions, they will go out and try to go to work and become productive. People want to assure that they comply with the contract because they are happy where they live. But, when you have a business that misrespents itself about what they will do for you and does not comply with the contract...residents become complacent. I am talking about professionalism and standards. Residents pay rent to a business and residents are their clients.
Businesses that do not have professional ethics create a system of errors which cause problems that at the beginning seem little and then become bigger.
Why...greed...
If you have a business, you invest money...to make money. This means keeping the landscape nice, changing carpets, using pest control, changing appliances they go bad, ovens, refrigerators, air conditioners, cleaning the vents...so mold does not occur, having a supply of air filters, providing clean areas including pools, and providing recreational facilites so that residents can work out and relieve stress from work and school. Yes, these are little things but they are important so that a resident (client) and a small slice of comfort in their lives.
In the end the ownership makes money in the long run with good standards and best practices, and a good word of mouth about their apartment commnuity.
However, this is not the case here.
I advise you take your business elsewhere.
Remember you are the client/customer/resident.

They still haven't fixed that pool..going on what...8 months now ? And the work out area...forget it...they will never fix it.
