I cannot believe someone posted such a negative comment about the British manager. She is such a nice lady and very helpful. This complex is quiet and maintenance is helpful. I am coming to believe that some people just do not understand apartment living. Of course there are going to be appliance problems in an older apt. complex. From my experience I have never once had a problem with maintenance timely repairing things. The prices are GREAT for everything you get. The lake is of course wonderful. The only down side about the lake is that too many no residents think that they can just drive over and use it whenever they want. I really wish management of ALL three complexes (Waters, Regatta, and the other one) would step in and get that under control. Also, what happened to the swings'''' Please replace them. There are lots of friendly ducks, and children absolutely enjoy playing with and feeding them. The decks are huge compared to lots of other apartments. I have had a great experience here. I would 100% recommend this place.
