This is a huge complex for one, so depending on where you live may factor in your experience in living here, at least from what I hear. The one bedroom areas seem to be a bit louder because thats where most the college students and young ones live. I moved into a 2 bedroom and have had nothing but peace and quiet. Maintenance is pretty good. Trust me people, I have had much worse. I don't have to call maintenance three of four times here just to get them to come. But just because they are good with helping you out in your apartment doesn't mean they are good in other areas. The complex has had a pool that has been broken ALL SUMMER LONG. I know it looked like they were trying to clean it, but it is August now, and that pool is still closed. They offer gym access in their brochure but they don't tell you that almost all the equipment is broken, and the a/c does not work in there. This has been going since I moved here, 6 months ago.

The lake of course, is nice, but they have taken away all the swings there and still have not put them back.

The office staff seems nice enough and from what I have seen they seem willing to help, but I think they should start screening some of their tenants a bit more carefully. I have heard a few people bragging that they moved here "on a special" just so they couild live free for 30 days then skip out!! Unbelievable.

It's not the best apartments, but it's not the worst either. It's just apartment life and you will find the same problems and just about any apartment complex, unless you are willing to pay $1500 for a tiny one bedroom just so you can be in a so called "upper class" complex (they have just as many maintenance problems). I see all these complaints here about the littlest of things, and people, that is what apartment living is all about. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Why the hell would a manager write in about a broken pool and gym and a dirty azz lake ? That makes no sense.
