From the Section 8 Crackheads to the Lowlife White Trash management, this is one apartment complex I would not even recommend to my own worst enemy. GROSS! STAY AWAY !

I have been living here at the Waters for 4 months and I love it. The apartment is not real big but we are cozy here. The kids love the park and we all do our part to keep the grounds clean.. If we see trash we pick it up. If you complain and walk a way you are just as bad as the person who left the trash in the first place. The management has been very prompt when we need something fixed and we are very happy. The people who are complaining are probably the ones that don't pay their rent and litter. I would recomend these apartments to any small family or couple starting out. It is a lovely place to have picinics and fish and just have a family day. I give the Waters **** stars.
