The management will try to skrew you in any way possible. They are betting on the fact that tenants will not fight back. They have another thing coming. They will try alter what is written in the lease to their benefit. I gave a written request when moving out, and the management tried to take me to collections and say that there is a 60 day written move out notification. I have the lease in writing, and signed, in my own hands you morons. They will never see a dime from their fraudulent charges no matter how long it takes.

People, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Every horrible thing the other reviewers have said about the living conditions here is true. They are cheap, dirty, and corrupt. It's funny how they think they can con people out of their money. STAY FAR AWAY.

Just so I understand what you mean....did you move out before the contract was finished and thought a written notice would absolve you of responsibility? Every apartment complex I know of would at least require a reletting fee to move before the contract has expired and if that is not paid then yes they would turn to collections. I'm living here now and as I understand its a new management company with all new people.

Um, the person you are referring gave his WRITTEN 30 day notice before moving because the lease was up. The management after several attempts to contact them never showed up on time for the walk through. This was the NEW management that wrote in that there was a 60 day written notice required, but per the lease (still in possesion) it clearly states 30 days.

that's weird, when i was there, it was a 60 day notice. but hey, if it says 30 days, then that's what it is. doesn't surprise me that they tried to charge that, those scumbags.
