Complex is a sewer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Complex recently had a sewer leak that ran across the entrance of the office to the end of the street. It stinks all over. If you do not believe it, you can just come by and visit. Management never leaves notices about the water shut down on tentants. If you like to have water, do not move in...cause it isn't worth paying for the apartment and then the water bills and then having no water when you come home from work! They should call this place...the The Gutters at Northern Hills...
