I have had problems from the begining. The managment is lazy, unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. First of all they never told us that the deposit was nonrefundable. When a maintenance request is submitted it takes weeks to months (literally about 2 months)to get fixed. When they finally come the problem does get fixed, however you have to live with the problem for a way to long before it is finally fixed. On move in day the apartment was absolutely disgusting, I spent the entire day cleaning it before we could move in. The friends we had there to help us move just had to sit around and wait. There are a lot of parties on the property that result in beer bottles all over the ground along with a long night of noise (usually till about 3-4am all nights of the week). The grass is always overgrown, even when the landscape crew comes(by the way it is usually around 7 in the morning). Parking is terriable. Residents park in no parking spots blocking your car in (should you even be lucky enough to actually get a parking spot). The price does not compensate for the stress that builds as a result to the many problems
