when i moved in to wellington estates the office staff was VERY helpful! My apartment looked and smeLled really good. I have children and in my opinion, the rules that they have set keep my children more safe. There are many parents that dont watch their children in such a busy area, and the management is just trying to do what the parents aren't. I plan on staying here for a very long time!
