I have lived in the city just from 6 months ago to date and this was a good location place i easily could find, relating to my work place. The room space/price ratio is better than others complex but you pay worst in terms of service and security.

Yes, i agree in part with others tenants. There is not space for kids and most of the nights, particulary in weekends, there are a lot of ------ and latins with gangster faces fighting or smoking outside cars with other strangers. Is not a gated community and has roaches everywhere. First day i came the apartment was clean and smelled well, but now the carpets are in bad conditions and most of time i am out of my place. I have not had problems with the neighbors so far and the attention at the office always has been kindy. Yes, itis true that you do not have period of grace after the 1st of each month for the rent. At first i had some maintenance related issues but i found that reporting them by the web site is faster than calling or going to the office. Most of the time you get fast response and the things fixed the next business day or even the same day.

We have no kids yet, but as long as i have, i will move out of here. The location is not the best in terms of tranquility as all the night there are cops, fire trucks, ambulances and helicopters towards Medical Center, but this is not their fault, i think. In the other hand, you have a very good location in terms of business, services and access roads.

Once my leasing is near to expire i will seriously consider the possibility to find a better cost/benefit place.
