I have been living here for a few years and I disagree with all of the negative reviews. Everything about this place is great. Management is very friendly and helpful and try to resolve any issues that are brought up because they always send flyers about our concerns. Maintenance is also friendly, our apartment was beautiful when we moved in and any work orders that we called in always get fixed within a few days unless it is urgent they fix it the same day. The Courtesy Patrol responded very quickly when someone parked in my covered space and immediately had the vehicle removed. I talk to a lot of my neighbors and they are all very happy here. The people in the office like to host parties in the clubhouse for children and adults and we always have a great time and get to meet new neighbors. If you are looking to move soon, you should definetely check this place out. You won't regret it.
