I lived at Wellington Estates for over 3 years. When we first moved in, it took 3 calls to get maintance to come light the pilot for the heater when it was freezing in December. Everything was just painted over including the roach crap on every door way. We always had trouble with the faucet in the bathroom which took them over a week to come fix and it increase our water due it leaking all day. But seriously there were roaches everywhere. We cleaned and cleaned until it took 3 days to scrubbed every thing from top to bottom. We sealed all the cracks and sprayed everything. However there were still some in the hallways and sidewalks and they were not little ones. Our vechile was hit and then broken into. There are always non-operating vechiles parked in every space so if you want to have vistors, good luck finding a parking.

Response from Reviewer: Well to be honest, it started out ok. The management did respond to our numerous calls for maintance. The price was great (I can see why) and so was the location. Majority of my family's time was out of the apartment from working and school to losing mine and my spouses jobs. That lead us to see what a dump we were living. After scrubbing from top to bottom the management became no help. From seing exactly how long it took for a request for maintance to be replied to was unbelievable. Our vehicles being damaged was no responsbility of the complex so when the lease was up so was our patience. It also seems old how after all these other comments with dates spread out why out of no where comes these "wonderful" comments on the complex. Great job Wellingotn Estates Mangagment trying to clean up your mess. Once again, dont be fouled. And please clean the pool, stop leaving it molded for days at a time.

Hey, I just moved in a week ago and so far have seen about 5 or so HUMONGOUS roaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGSUSTING!! I have 2 little kids and am TERRIFIED that they will crawl on them when they're sleeping!!! I called the answering service hysterically crying tonight and they put me on hold for forEVER and said they will send the pest control people out. They better come ASAP!!! I am sooooooooo disgusted!! I am a VERY clean person and this is just unacceptable.

**See, people?? Don't be in a hurry....take your time and dig, dig, dig. Check this site. Check BBB. Google. Don't let the first 10-15 reviews get you. Check the dates on these reviews.....Check with county records if you want...just don't be in a hurry.
