hello ladies and gents. I would like to give you a clear and present view of Wellington Estates, I have been a resident here for almost three years, and heres my story, the office crew is always pleasent,there to help you and instruct you to the best of there ability,the maintainence crew works there buts off out here, keeping the grounds clean, if you have a service problem there, they will take care of the problem as soon as possiable, no waiting for weeks at a time like other places,and you dont see trash all over the place, there services here are great.This place is a family friendly resident.
