I've lived at Wellington Estates for over two years and am very pleased with the service the staff provides. They truly are a friendly and helpful bunch.
I think it's great that each apartment includes 1 covered parking. Other apartments charge you extra. The apartment complex is very well lit at night.
There are 2 pools, which are always kept clean. It is conviently located with easy access onto 410 and I10.
