A friend recommended me Wellington Estates when I arrived to Sn Antonio. It was my first experience with a department in Texas. The department was clean, the kitchen and refrigerator were working well. The refrigerator was old but when I requested a change for a new one, the day after I had my new unit.
My apartment has my own private parking plasce. Two years ago I had the problem that another car was usign my place often, I talked with the manager and since that I have not seen the problem again. A year ago some neighbors reported damage in their vehicle, inmediatly the team request the police extra time for be alert around. The problem was solved.
As many people come and go from departments you do not know who is comming in, but so far, the manager team choose the people who are kind and corteuos with others.
I ve seen the manager team try to solve any problem I have, even, as I travel a lot they help me with my post and take care of other personal things when I abroad.
