This is Lizel, I really like the Wellington Estates. Its really quiet and I've had no problems. I love that I get my own covered parking spot at no additional cost. The maintenance staff is very friendly and always waves or smiles while they are out and about. When I first leased I was having problems getting my old apartments to send my info, but Brittney was very patient and went above and beyond to work with me and get me leased. I live in a very spacious and affordable efficiency and I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend the Wellington Estates.
