Wellington Estates is a great apartment complex. The Management Team is friendly all the time. The Team works hard to make sure the needs of the tenants are met. Repairs are made in a timely manner. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. When you live at Wellington Estates, you become part of a family. Wellington Estates is one of the best apartment complexes we have lived in. It seems all your tenants were paid money for a review, it' can't be like heaven here, there are always problems in complexes. Were you all sold out for $10, most complexes have people do that for a high rating and all these reviews sure sound like fake reviews. Especially when you put your initials so the office staff will know it was from you. It makes it really sound Fake! I'm sure they can have nice management and staff. Thank God if that is true and I really hope so. What about car or apartment break-in's, roaches, mold, old appliances, good or bad neighborhood. That's what I want to hear about, because a leasing agents won't and can not tell you those types of details. I want an apartment that is safe and truly wonderful, but I want the truth not fake reviews for $10. I hope I'm wrong but it sure sounds fishy.

Its odd anonymous that you are set that people were paid $10 to write a review. Hmmm, you to me sound fishy!! And for your information, by law any question you ask has to be answered truthfully. I am an old resident and loved living there. The staff was great and I enjoyed all the parties and activities that were done for us residents.
