Well where to begin. We had our water heater catch on fire after we had been told that it was normal to have a leaky a/c above it. Had to have the heating element replaced three times prior to that. A/C then went out and two weeks later they decided to finally replace the inside unit. Back in October of 2000 someone scratched up several cars including ours. Then to top things off on January 10,2002 sometime in the middle of the night a beer bottle was placed ever so nicely in the middle of my windshield, not shattered but actually someone took the time to spear the bottle through the windshield. Now management...there is a story in itself. Whenever you approach the manager about any of these items you get a smile and a "sorry about that." "There isn?t anything we can do about those things." This morning I was told "that that was a part of life and that it sucks when something like that happens to you." When I inquired about possible safety concerns I was told that they really won?t do anything about that. But we are stuck in another lease when we figured before we signed what else could possibly go wrong.
