i had many problems with this apt. when i first moved in i had no hot water, wasps inside the apt. the shower runs continuously , when the neighbor upstairs used her dishwasher my sink bubbles over, kitchen sink constantly clogged. a/c doesnt work well,14 coats of paint throughout the apt .
