I lived here only for 6 months and I had very few problems. The maintenance staff was very nice. I even one time managed to lock myself on my patio outside of my apartment on the second floor. The maintenance guy happened to be walking by, went and got a ladder, climbed through my bedroom window (since I locked the front door) and let me and my friend back inside. They are great with pets and allow large breeds of dogs. (I have a 90 lb. boxer.) The pool is small and they need to clean it more often. The gated basketball/tennis court is nice and no one ever complained if you took your dog in there, shut the gate, and took him off leash. The only noise came from the economy sized apartments on the other half of the complex, but my side was quiet. The brick fireplace was my favorite part, but the kitchen was quite small. No major complaints on my part.
