Westchase Apartments was purchased in January 2008 and is now owned by the Hayman Company. Since the new owners took over, we have experienced the following improvements:
1)New exterior paint. 2)New and awesome office and maintenance staff. 3)Beautiful landscaping. 4)Upgrades throughout the apartment homes that look fabulous. 5)They are pretty much changing every aspect of this community for the better. 6)Just off of Bandera Road, where there is a development explosion taking place. Everything from a new Super Wal-Mart, variety of dining choices, local YMCA, etc.

If you are looking for an apartment home in a developing and upcoming area, then Westchase is for you. It is being ran by Cecilia...the Property Manager, David...Leasing Consultant, and Joe and Dan...the awesome Maintenance Team. You can't go wrong when you choose this Hidden Treasure!
