STAY AWAY FROM HERE
On the outside everything looks great. The complex was built in 2001 and looks to be in great shape. However once you lived here for about a week you soon see its massive other problems. Theres NO parking. Good luck finding a spot near your building. This place also gives nice discounts to residents who have low incomes, sounds great right' WRONG. Only if you love hearing the constant noise of kids playing 5 feet from your door. I cant count the number of times these little retarded kids have hit my car with their football. Not to mention the countless cars driving by with sound systems all the way up. Also add on the fact that the walls are paper then and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Maintenance sucks here, good luck getting them to fix something within the week. And last but not least I've lived in 6 different apartment communities and this has by far the worst staff i ever had. Maybe because its low income they think that they are better then their residents, so move on in if you like being talked down to like the scum they make you out to be. In conclusion stay away unless to want to live in a place that has recreated the East side on the NorthWest side.
