When we first came to this property, it looked beautiful and peaceful. Don't let this fool you. The parking is a total mess since we moved in almost a year ago. I got my vehicle towed twice in one month because there was nowhere to park. The kids are always playing all over the place and they don't like to move when cars are coming. They all like to block the entrance in the morning when they wait for the bus to pick them up. Management is horrible! In the 11 months that we've been here, we've had 4 different managers. None of which care about the real problems here. I've read the other reviews and it's news to me about the peeping tom. That scares me a lot. I was also not aware of a sexual predator living here. We were told there is a police officer that lives on property. I have yet to see him! The front gate is always broken (because of the kids). And yes, the walls are paper thin. You can hear the people next to you go up and down the stairs, which is frustrating when you are trying to get some sleep. The upstairs floors are weak, they creak loudly. Some of the people here do have the tax credit or have section 8, however, we are one of the unlucky ones that have to pay full price for this dump. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Sexual predators are not allowed to live on property because they do credit and criminal background checks..that's why we pay a fee of $35, as for the kids, if their parents were more responsible then they wouldn't be upsetting to anyone. And, if you're bothered by being able to hear your neighbors go up and down the stairs you should have thought about that before you moved into an apartment complex. If you're so concerned about sec. 8 and affordable housing prices then don't live within the same complex as them.

to the anonymous person that responded to this review: everything i said in this review is completely accurate, if you don't believe me then maybe you should ask your tenants. You're blaming the kid problems on their parents and yet no manager EVER sent out a notice telling the parents to pay better attention to their children. You guys are awful about sending out notices for anything! Just your lack of respect for unhappy tenants shows what kind of place you're running. And as for the $35 fee, funny how that has never been brought up to any of the tenants. You are just defending this ------- dump because you're either a manager or one of those sec. 8 tenants that doesn't know how to bust your ass and make real money and appreciate a good place to live in. Once you make money where you do have to ---- out $900 for that place, you'll start to not appreciate all the things that go on around that place.

hey is this place that bad i was thinking about renting there.im a section 8 tenant i stay to myselft i dont bother anyone me and my daughter.i hate it that the other people make it hard for others i just want to say i work very hard every week for me and my daughter and we deserve a nice place to live too.not all person on section 8 are bad people.

We have a new manager named Maggie. What a trip! She doesn't do anything here. We have been here for a long time AND THIS IS THE WORST IT HAS BEEN. I wish we had a number for her boss because they need to get someone new here quick. Last night there was a big fight with some new people. We have been having a racial problem out here as well. I am of a darker shade and NOT on section 8. But this new manager is quick to blame things on my my race. Look I am ready to get the NAACP involved. They can't even cut the grass out here! The tenants have to cut it or it is just over grown. The parking does suck really bad! We need a REAL manager out here! Someone help!

Look, I know things are bad around here, but hey, we need to take some credit for it...I am not a manager, or even on the staff, but I will say that it is not the job of the management team to keep our children under control, it is time that the parents take control of their kids. Yes, the parking does suck, but you knew that when you moved in, I was told about it...and I am on the low income credit rent, and for the jerk above that only talked bad about us, I work a 40 hour work week, I put in 10 hours of overtime a week atleast, I take care of what I have, not everyone on low income is slobs...and trust me, I have seen some of your apartments that our not on low income housing, and they are just as bad, so dont put yourself on a high step looking down at me. It is not about how much money a person makes, it is about how much a person cares about the surrounding.
