The overall design and price is great. The location is also in an area with great schools, which is a plus. I did not resign my lease because the parking does suck; if you have a garage you are required to park in there, which is fine and probaly safer, however, if you want a guest to come and visit, they are not allowed to park in your driveway infront of your garage; the car will get towed! The management is constantly changing, children all ages are constantly running around unattended, people will throw their trash all over the ground if the dumpster is full, and don't count on getting your work orders completed with in a week. I departed back on December 31 and I'm still waiting for my deposit check to come in where it is susposedly tied up with the corporate office (at least, that's what I'm told each time I call.)

Guests should park in guest parking not where they want, management changes because there is always room for improvement, Kids should be supervise by their parents not by others living in the same complex and why is it mgmt responsiblity? Dumpsters are sometimes not emptied because stupid people block the way of the dumpster truck leaving no room to get to it also people should be clean enough to know that if the dumpster is full then take the trash back and wait! I think that before you start complaining about issues in the complex you should find out why things are the way they are and be more understandable. If you're still waiting for your deposit and it's been this long forget about it you slob you probably trashed the place anyway.
