This place looks good in the front by the office. But once you get to the back it looks horrible! The grass is not cut, the gates don't work and by the way neither does the manager. Her and her staff just sits on her butt collecting the money. Why can't she do her job' Why is she so prejudice against black people. I know of some tenants that she is trying to get out because of the color of their skin or because they are of mixed race. We need to contact the owners of this property so they can see what hell this NEW MANAGER has created here. It use to be peaceful and quite now it sucks. We use to be able to park in front of our doors now we can't even park. People are using the garages for storage space. So people have 3 cars parked and if you have 1 car you can even park. As for the kids running around, where are they suppose to play at' There are suppose to be activitesfor them in the office but how are we suppose to know if we are not told. Get these kids motivated. Get the Spurs Coyote out here or something. Have some incentives for these kids, they would love to do things on the property.Have a pool party. What's up with the pool being dirty and closed for a month' Get a good maintence team out here to fix stuff. Do SOMETHING!!!!! It is starting to suck out here. Turning into the Eastside. We need new management and security.

I totally agree! I have witnessed her prejudice behavior 1st hand. I would love to know who the owner of the property is and how to get in touch with him/her. They cut the grass, but only in the front where it is visible. They didn't bother to do anything with the back, not realizing that tenants would love to enjoy their patio. And when do you think they're going to pick up the trash around here? This SUCKS!! She has lowered the standards of this apt complex, and it shows tremendously. And who said that because you're on Section 8, you don't care about where you live? I'm on Section 8 trying to better myself, I work, I attend school, I'm trying to start my own business, and hopefully buy a house in the near future. I think that they need to perform background checks and verify references before allowing people to move in. I am floored by the changes that have taken place here. I just wish I knew who to contact, to help make some serious changes around here.

i can completely agree with you. We were completely screwed by this complex. All i can tell you is give your 60 day notice and get the hell out of there. The management is crooked and hateful. We didn't qualify fo the housing, but at first we liked the complex so much that we decided to stay anyway. The parking is the biggest issue, along with all the kids in the way. The management will tell you the parents need to control their kids. This is true, however, management needs to make some room for the kids to play. The only area they have to play in is right in the middle of the street where people drive through. I am not sure if it's the same manager as the one when I was there, because just in the year we were there, we went through 4 managers. And the one towards the end was the worst. They HAVE to give out reminders that your lease will be up in SIXTY days, and if they don't, you have the right to move out without their say so. It states in the lease that if they require more than a 30 day notice, that they have to give you reminders before hand. Take my word for it that they're crooked, they'll do anything to cover their asses, including sticking made up papers in your file. So.......get out.

Okay I agree they suck but why does everyone think that the apartments are supposed to provide something for your kids to do. All they are in the business to do is provide living quarters it is up to us as parents to provide our kids with something to do and you knew when you moved in that there is not much ground area for the kids to play on but there is parks in the area. Come on people take responsiblity for your own kids.

HELLO, I WAS WONDERING IF ANYTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE COMPLEX SINCE THE LAST COMPLAINTS IN 2007? ALSO DID YOU ALL EVER THINK ABOUT CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUERE OR CHANNEL 4 NEWS TROUBLE SHOOTERS TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS? JUST WONDERING IF THING GOT BETTER SINCE I PLAN TO BE MOVING THERE SOON.

I thought I was the only one that noticed the prejuiced features of managements. I am an Hispanic woman but my son hangs around mostly ------- amerian male teens. And they are always harassed while standing outside of my door. The kids are not loud at all. I have a 3month baby boy and i'm not having it. But him and the off duty SAPD always riding around harassing my son's guest. I'm sick and tired of it. I pay rent here and my son can't even have his friends around because they look suspious.

I don't know of which manager you are referring to since we had so many different management. I can pipoint more less when this started and it had to do with Carey though some of you might not agree. She didn't care about the complex or the residents, she made so many promises knowing full well that she wasn't going to be here long or keep. I do know that the management before Hector(Maggie) was really trying but was never given enough time again some of you might not agree. I don't know of anyone that could turn this place around in six months in the condition that it was. It sure didn't help that the owner John Paul didn't care. You are so mistaken if you thought about contacting him would made a difference. He is the reason why this complex is in the shape it is now. He never provided proper funding to maintain the complex but you as residents wouldn't know unless you care enough to try to find out what was going on. Why so many different management ever wonder it's because John Paul wouldn't paid them so he even owe the management company. I can't explain why this management is still here. The only logic is that's why they are trying to find a new owner so they can remain. We need a new owner and management one that cares. Well about the kids not having a place to play come on parents you saw that when you first look at the complex. This is why I take my child out to the park or do activities with. Anyone knows that a apartment complex is not a good place to raise a child because you can't control the outside enviroment. They're your responsibilty not the complex find something for them to do.
