This place looks good as far as the apt. is concerned, but it's such a dump. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on w/ your neighbors. You have to call the office more than once to get a maintenance order taken care of. This place used to be nice about 6 years ago when I moved it, but since it became section 8, it has gone waaaay downhill. The office staff/mgmt is always changing and they suck too. If you have a real concern, don't expect any help from mgmt. The gates never work so forget security, although if you have a garage you are lucky. That is one of the best things about this place-the price (if you qualify for low income & the garage). People also need to learn to control their kids! They play in the middle of the street and I have actually had to honk at them to move out of the way when I am driving out of the complex. Well you get what you pay for and that's what happens when you live in or near low income housing!

I've moved here about 5 years ago, and yes you are right. This is the worst ever.

Yeah you are right about this place it use to be a wonderful place to live. We need a management that would start giving residents violation and kick them out. So the old good residents can have their wonderful place back and they new one could enjoy it. Hopeful we can get a new management and owner that care about the residents here.
