If you're thinking about renting or comeing out to look at them DON"T, drive away immediately. Seriously I feel like I'm living in Section 8 houseing. Since the amount of time I've resided here there have been 2 occasions of different management taking over, that pretty much speaks for the place itself.

I want to speak for the people who are on the Sec.8 program...Whats the deal with people downing others that are on housing its just asisstance for you to help you with your rent and for some helps you get on your feet.People don't live off it...to qualify you need to have an income coming into the househod anyways.So do not down the families who participate not everyone lives the same life style!!!

It's really not all the Sec 8 residents. It's management. Hector is a slacker. Is he really doing background checks or is he just pocketing the money????

Yeah it's not about the sec 8 because I know some residents that are on the program and their apt. is spotless and they are always outside with their children. It's not everyone that's in the program it's those that choose to live in a ghetto lifestyle and that is a shame.
