Okay so management changed a month ago and they finally got the trash taken and the grass cut (sort of) but everything else is still a problem. The old management had serious attitude and apparently so do the new ones. Look at the replies to some of the previous comments, sound like one of your neighbors' Yeah I didnt think so, no one was ever told about the parking when they moved in. Gee can't you just see management saying "Our parking sucks, when would you like to move in'". Does anyone want to access the owners name and address' Go to bcad.org look up the address then when you see the name and address look it up on msn.com in the yellow pages. There are too many problems at this place to name but I'll try anyway. Everyone's blinds are torn up and so are the screens, don't make my home look like trash just because you don't care about yours. I've had to wait 5 minutes for the kids to move, take your kids to a park and wear them out; there is a park right behind our apartments. And the previous comment was right that it is not mgmt. responsibility to control the kids but they could try to do something to help, like inform the kids not to ride their bikes into oncoming traffic going down a hill. One of them will get hit and then maybe the parent will think twice about where they want their kids to play. Maybe some of them think they will get rich off of insurance if they can get their kid to be hit with a car. I say this because I do see some parents outside as their kids do this or have their 2 year old weaving in and out of parked cars where you cant see them until it's almost too late because you are dodging the kids on bikes. Where is the AC filter I've asked for since Feb' Everytime I go in to ask for one they are out. The want to be "gangsters" smoke pot in the parking lot for everyone to see and everyone blasts music from their cars outside, good luck calling the office to get that fixed I dont know if this supposed officer really exists. There is dog poo everywhere, dont even attempt to step in any of the grass. When the **** is the pool open''' I thought we were going to have some kind of meeting but I guess management is too busy replying to these comments to hold a face to face meeting with all of us. When are they going to get the grass cut by professionals' That hasnt happened since Feb. either, the grass has been cut but not manicured to look good. Now we cant forget the people who BBQ on their front porch ready to burn the building down. The price is great but there are far too many problems.

I wish parents would watch after their kids better cuz maybe then a little boy wouldn't have drowned in the pool 5 years ago.

I was really thinking of moving there...THANK YOU for the reviews! I have children and do not want them in that type of environment. I feel really bad for you guys and hope that parents keep a close eye on their children. A million thanks for keeping me from making a Big mistake.

I think the apartment should be rented out to senior citizen or workacholic. Trying to raise your family here is point-less. They have 1 sliding board, and 1 monkey bar, is this really a park? What else can your child do. And as far as the kids on the bikes, there are stop signs at the bottom and top of the hills for a reason. When cars start following rules, kids can play.

I have to agree with you 100 percent, but if you think contacting the owner will make a difference you are greatly mistaken. He doesn't care that is why this complex have had so many different management. He doesn't provide the proper finances to maintain this complex. That is why I believe they are looking for a new onwer. I do have to say that it is time for a new management also.
