After reading your review I too have noticed a different since the last manager Maggie you know what I ve noticed the staff cares about the residents. If you have a concern you can call them they will listen to you and act on what is right. I was the one who told Hector about the unsupervised children with skateboards breaking limbs from the trees I even showed how they broke the back fence. Hector bought some signs banning the skateboards fix the fence so that on children will hurt them self. If your child is hanging from a tree I would like someone to tell me what he is doing or maybe you should be outside with your child go to the playground. As far as charging for light being turned off I ve seen Hector is out on property in the morning and in the evening checking on the light I ve seen him picking up trash. The staff is making sure that the lights are on so that crime stays away good for them. If the staff is working on safety for the property then they are on the right track. My neighbor was charged for turning off his lights since then he leaves it alone. Parking has always been a issue since I moved in if you use your garage for parking not for storage then you would not have a problem. I think that s a cheep shot on talking about how a person looks if you don t have anything else to complain about start watching your kids.
Things are looking better I like it here if your child gets in trouble then someone like me will call the office if you don t like it here then maybe its time to leave. Keep up the good work.

You must be HECTOR the manager, get to work and stop harrassing the residents. By the way, where is the after school program? And the pool? The fitness center? Now the office closed Saturdays too. 3 months to fix repairs? I am so sick of you.

This definetly sounds like Hector:-D Hector I have no problem with your staffs, but I do have a problem with you and your off duty officer who likes to ride around in his work uniform flashing his badge intimidating kids. We suppose to honor cops, not run from them when we are innocent.

boy hector this sure does sound like a bunch of crap cause it takes to long time for ---- to get fixed here and u go around telling kids what to do and ur nothing but a bullie. someone needs to put u in ur place...

I too, have notice a change since the last manager(Maggie). This place have gone down a lot. You can't fault Maggie when in the six months she was here you expect here to clean this place up in the condition it was handle over to her. How did you expected her to do that when the proper finances weren't provide by the onwer John Paul. This has been the reason that this complex have had so many different management if you really want to know. John Paul wind up owning money to those management company that is why they kept leaving. I can't explain why this management is still here maybe that is why they are trying to find a new owner. I am not saying this management don't have any faults because they do. I do have to agree about some things said about Hector. They seem to let just about anyone move in and those people are something else. They don't in force the no pet policy or at least not across the board like they should. So, if you are one of those resident that have a pet knowing full well it's not allowed the least you can do is clean the ---- UP!!! or keep it in your area. So those that don't have any don't have to smell or step on it. Then we have those (so-parents) that are to lazy to get up their *** to keep an eye on their child(ren) when they are outside to make sure they are not destorying someone else's property. When they wonder off to a friend apt. the responsability doesn't fall on those parents you had them your responsability. So stop whinning and complaining about so many things that are wrong in this complex. As a resident start contributing and do your part in trying to get this complex on the right path again because it was wonderful to live in at one time.
