Too much favoritism towards residents. Every year the favorites get the charity food baskets. Every year the favorites win the Christmas door prizes. I am sick of being treated unfairly, as my child is also. We get singled out like a target for remarks by rude staff. Then its sarcastic remarks, in front of my child. I hate this stupid place!

I think the author is completely ridiculous...First of all if it was their first year there, how would they know the same people won everything every year...Give us something of substance not nit picking. Hows the maintnence, the parking , quality of living ...
