I have lived at these apartments for 5 years. the previous manager was professional tried to know your name at least. he got rid of the bad elements, even had security on site or at least made sure residents had a point of contact for security. the new manager just came in no introduction, lets anyone in lost all prior records of prior arrangements etc. seems to rent to anyone, there's been police sent here at least 10 time in the past 6 months. i think he is letting someone with prior criminal problems work the grounds. this is a gang invested area around horal and marbach. i dont think the owner of this property is that hard up for cash that he wants management to allow anyone in the property.

The sex offender registry site confirms your thoughts. There are at least two sex offenders on that property. One is twice convicted. I know that everyone needs a place to live, regardless of past offenses, but I think we all count on our apartment managers to not allow felons in our midsts.
